Breaking up…. but I broke through my plateau

So I am going through a break up and I am very proud to announce that I have not gorged myself and in fact it has encouraged me more and I lost 4 pounds this week! Thanks break up for helping me break through my plateau!

It’s been a minute

But I have still been eating healthy and working out! Just haven’t managed the time to get on here…but i am so excited because I have almost lost 30 pounds!!

I am not posting them yet, but I just looked at my before and during photos and o my goodness I didn’t realize how my my stomach shrunk! Photos definitely help when your frustrated at the scale!

Last year at New Years Eve party your friend said “Isn’t she to big”. Well this year your friends are going to wish they were dating me!!
